Sprint performance is dependent on proper muscular strength, body composition, and agility. Although resistance training is frequently used to improve these elements, time-efficient training techniques like High-Intensity Interval Resistance Training (HIIRT) have drawn interest due to their ability to increase physical performance while shortening training sessions. In comparison to conventional resistance training, prior research has shown that HIIRT can improve lean body mass and improve muscle strength and increase sprint performance.
