Abstract

As all know, today's world is completely dependent on AI (Artificial Intelligence). In every area and place, plainly witness the beneficial application of AI and as a person. All of us are equally using it for our comfort, ability, and credibility. Whether talking about content production, blogging, research, information gathering, or data collection, everything is completely dependent on AI. Because of this method, it can accomplish our task in a matter of minutes while maintaining high quality. But have you ever considered the distinction between human authored and AI-driven content, and how it affects trust, engagement, productivity, work quality, and the reputation of humans in your own eyes? This study examines how customers perceive AI-generated vs. human created digital content in Uttar Pradesh and the National Capital Region of India. As part of a quantitative study, a sample size of 100 respondents was taken into consideration. This study focuses on identifying essential characteristics and influence on perceived authenticity, emotional ties, and ethical considerations. According to the findings of this study, while AI-generated material is more efficient and cost effective, human-generated content is more significant in terms of trustworthiness and deep emotional connection.
