WORKFORCE DYNAMICS AND TALENT UTILIZATION IN OUTSOURCING MODELS FOR ITES COMPANIES IN NAVI MUMBAI

Abstract

Information Technology Enabled Services industry relies on the outsourcing frameworks in which the workforce coordination and the talent exploitation must be undertaken to keep the productivity and organizational efficiency on par. Nonetheless, current workforce arrangements are usually faced with problems like lack of clarity of roles, poor utilization of skills of workers as well as disparities in workforce experiences within client settings. These restraints limit the ability of career development and efficiency of operations. This research is aimed at reviewing the dynamics of the workforce and talent usage and analyzing its influence on the issue of career development and outsourcing in ITES employees. It adopts quantitative and hypothesis-driven study design applying structured questionnaire on 200 employees of ITES. The tool was used to measure the workforce coordination, talent utilization, career development, outsourcing problems, and type of clients on a Likert scale. The given analytical method incorporates the descriptive statistics, Cronbach alpha reliability test, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis to illustrate the association and prediction impacts among variables. The results show that good coordination of workforce enhances the utilization of talent and career development. There are also differences in the type of clients which affect outsourcing issues. The framework is valuable in that it helps ITES organizations and human resource managers to offer evidence based insights on better integrating the workforce, to better harness the talent possessed, and to better develop the employees and improve organizational performance.
