Objective: To assess the awareness, knowledge and attitude of Dental Undergraduate Clinical students, Interns and Post Graduate students towards Pharmacovigilance in Dentistry by using an electronic survey. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among Dental Undergraduate Clinical students, Interns, and Postgraduate students. The questionnaire was circulated via Google Forms, with the help of WhatsApp and email. Responses were examined using descriptive statistics. The chi-square test was applied to assess the association between awareness, knowledge, and attitude regarding Pharmacovigilance in Dentistry. Results: A total of 437 responded. Both genders participated in equal percentages. From the designation point of view, Post Graduate students participated more than Interns, 4th BDS and 3rd BDS students. Conclusion: There are clear evidence of underreporting and a lack of information regarding the reporting system, yet the responder has a general comprehension regarding ADR. An orientation session and increased knowledge of ADR reporting may lead to better patient care and more spontaneous reporting.
