Many People develop coronary heart disease and mortality every year, and some of the factors that might cause it include genetic, microbiological, and lifestyle decisions. To properly treat and prevent coronary artery disease (CAD), we need to know more about its causes, its genetic, microbiological, and lifestyle interactions. 130 individuals with CAD participated in cross-sectional research spanning eighteen months with regard to demographic, clinical, pharmacological, anatomical, and microbiological data. The statistical study included multivariate and descriptive methods. Gender has no obvious correlation with CAD degree. Moreover, severe CAD was connected to both structural variations and bacterial infections including Chlamydia pneumoniae. Ultimately, as CAD is complex, every individual requires a different mix of treatments including microbial control and pharmacological interventions.
