Abstract

Research This aim for analyze the role of Digital Human Capital and Digital Leadership in improve Halal Supply Chain Management as well the impact to efficiency chain supply halal food. Research This use approach quantitative with AMOS based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Data collected through survey consists of from farmers and actors involved in chain supply halal food in Indonesia.
