This paper focuses on developing a mathematical model for optimal crop allocation in agricultural fields with the objective of maximizing farm profit while ensuring the efficient utilization of available resources. The proposed model considers practical constraints such as land availability, water resources, cultivation costs, labour requirements, and crop-specific resource demands. A linear programming framework is employed to formulate the crop allocation problem, and the optimal solution is obtained using an appropriate optimization technique. The model assists farmers and agricultural planners in identifying the most suitable distribution of land among different crops under resource limitations. A real-life case study is presented to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed model in supporting sustainable agricultural planning, improving resource utilization, and enhancing agricultural productivity.
