S. F. Wang, Yin, Z., Yin, J. J., Zhang, W., Dong, C. G., Wang, S. F., Yin, Z., Yin, J. J., Zhang, W., and Dong, C. G., Clinical significance of CTHRC1 protein expression in human cancers: a meta-analysis, vol. 15, p. -, 2016.

The aim of this meta-analysis was to investigate the overall diagnostic and prognostic values of CTHRC1 expression in human cancer development. Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 8 cohort studies were included in the meta-analysis. The data were extracted, and analyses were performed using a random-effects model. Summary odds ratios (ORs) and effect sizes (ESs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated to assess the strength of the associations. A total of 1065 cancer patients from the 8 studies were included in the meta-analysis.

The aim of the current study was to investigate survivin expression in congenital choledochal cysts (CCCs), and its associations with clinical parameters of CCCs. In total, 121 children with CCCs were included in this study as the case group, and their cysts were staged according to the Todani classification system. Additionally, 49 normal gallbladder specimens from healthy children were included as the control group. Survivin detection was conducted using immunohistochemical staining.
